  • Opt-Out Date

    You must complete and mail your written request for exclusion so that it is postmarked no later than July 20, 2026.

  • Objection Date

    Monday, July 20, 2026
    You must file your objection(s) and/or notice of intent to appear at the Final Approval Hearing so that it is submitted or postmarked no later than July 20, 2026

  • Final Fairness Hearing

    Friday, September 4, 2026
    The Final Fairness Hearing is scheduled for September 4, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. local Arizona time.
